The special high-intensity ozone free ultraviolet germicidal lamp and the micro carbon ozonized stainless steel cylinder with special treatment on the inner wall are adopted. The outer side of the cylinder is specially polished, so that the pretreated water can be irradiated by 253.7nm ultraviolet radiation when it flows through the cylinder, which has good sterilization effect and effectively reduces the influence on ultra pure water.
